43 seconds is an eternity in plank position

I hate the plank.  Am I alone in this?  I mean...10 seconds in and my body is shaking like a leaf.  I clearly need to work up to the 43 second plank.  For this week my goal will be to do 20 second planks and then build from there.  I am sure for fit people this seems ridiculous.  I am not a fit person but I am going to do what I can.  The day I pull off 1 43-sec plank, I will report back.  Finished a few more books and tried a lot more new foods...can't say I like liver at all.

Figure out the "why"...

I am proud to say that I have made some progress with my writing.  I have written and outline, met with a writing coach and I have a plan. ...
