I have had a really hard time at work lately. But my mood has improved greatly over the past few days...well in the morning...I find it is still deteriorating as crap gets loaded on! But I digress. I am attributing my decent mood to simply getting up earlier and finishing a short routine...some yoga, meditation, reading...and early to the office to tackle a few things off my list.
